All parcels are automatically insured up to $100 as part of the included shipping protection offered by the carrier.
If you would like to insure your order for its full value, please contact us before completing your purchase so we can arrange extended coverage.

Youβll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item:

β’ Is in perfect condition
β’ Is returned in its original packaging

- The packaging (including the shipping label)
- Any visible damage or sending a replacement.

If the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on availability and the circumstances.

- Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement, except at our sole discretion.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.
- In some cases, we may request the return of the original item before issuing a refund
