Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship all orders from Israel using the ShippingToGo service, which partners with FedEx for secure international delivery.

All parcels are insured up to $100 as part of the included shipping protection.

  • Approximately 3 – 6 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

📦 Important Notes:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Jovino Jewelry is not liable for delays or losses beyond the insured amount covered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item:

• Has not been used

• Has not been exposed to water, perfume, or any chemicals

• Is in perfect condition

• Is returned in its original packaging

📦 Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Once the item arrives and is inspected, you may:

• Receive a full refund

• Choose another item in exchange

⚠️ Please note:

• Custom-made items and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items purchased on sale can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, but cannot be refunded.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we’re here to help.

To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

• Send clear photos of:

 – The item

 – The packaging (including the shipping label)

 – Any visible damage

We reserve the right to assess each case individually.

If the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on availability and the circumstances.

⚠️ Please note:

• Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.

• In some cases, we may request the return of the original item before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
